clean hotel, facilities are amazing, and the location is amazing close to many attractions. overall the room is beautifully maintained, new-fashioned and includes climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television. the staff are all extremely helpful. impeccable service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi. think that this romantic property is beyond compare, really enjoyed it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it's romantic and stylish and the location is favourable right on the beach. The room was well-appointed, there were climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television. And it was facing sea. Location: the property was so close to the sea, Close to centro, and restaurants. The pool was great and I had good drinks in the pool bar.

Favourable, magnificent location in Puerto Marquez district just off Acapulco and restaurants and a beach. Fantastic hotel employees all round. Absolutely gorgeous and quiet rooms with very comfy beds, climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The architecture of the hotel and its rooms are amazing, with floor-to-ceiling glass providing breathtaking views. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the pool is gorgeous and perfect for relaxation.

It is disappointing that there is only one restaurant on-site, limiting dining options.

The hotel is ultra contemporary. We stayed in a pool villa that overlooked the Pacific. It was extremely peaceful and often we didn't see anyone else. We ate two meals there and it was excellent.

If you want loud music and lots of people this isn't your hotel!

It was a truely magical experience staying here. The poolside bungalows with your own pool are absolutely fantastic.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Acapulco with a design that took my breath away. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the plays of light and the incredible vistas throughout the property. The architect, Miguel Angel Aragones, truly outdid themselves.

The view was breathtaking. Modern architecture. Great for couples. Excellent service. Best breakfast menu. Welcoming staff. Magical and artistic layout. Beautiful pool villa.
